CLAIMS MANAGER / INSURANCE ADVISOR

This role is all about communication, listening and process. We are seeking an individual who is confident speaking with commercial clients in person and via phone, and who has strong written communication and administrative skills. This is a busy work environment with a high level of efficiency required on each claim, therefore we are seeking an organised, pro-active individual, who can methodically work through claims in a calm and professional manner.
Duties will include;
* Taking full report of new claims from clients
* Data entry and reporting via internal and external IT systems
* Working on fault/non-fault claims
* Submitting comprehensive details to the accident management team
* Client liaison to make sure insurance and accident management companies meet client expectations
* Manage the client and the claims process from start to finish, focusing on client expectation.
* Liaise with garages to ensure repair work and dates are all in order
* Manage total loss pay-outs and make sure hire vehicles have been delivered/collected
* Keep and manage a comprehensive claims diary for audit purposes
The Claims Manager will be responsible for day to day claims with clients, whilst also managing a small internal claims team to maintain excellent standards of service. Whilst not essential, any experience of managing staff will be advantageous. This is a role where the post holder must lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, showing attention to detail and always representing the brand in a professional manner.

PLEASE NOTE: If a career in insurance appeals to you but you do not have the claims experience we are looking for, we are also seeking an Insurance Advisor to join the same team as they expand their services, ideally a sales professional who has had enough of 'the hustle'!
The role requires traditional sales skills from working to targets and pro-active work ethics to strong listening skills and product recall, but this is NOT a direct sales job. We need an individual who is confident working efficiently under pressure and who has strong verbal reasoning and communication skills. Good numeracy skills will also be required along with the ability to engage and build strong long term relationships with customers.
These are full-time, permanent roles with office hours from Monday-Friday .
