As a Digital Transformation and Business Change Consultant you will have;
A background in managing technology and business change to success
Ideally a change management certification Prosci, ADKAR or ACMP
Managed behavioural and cultural adoption of digital strategy and Microsoft technologies
Run focus groups and have pulled together communication portals
Run digital champion communities online
Understand adoption success frameworks
Believe totally that it is about transformation not technology
Adept at managing change
Worked at C-Suite level
The ability to create change process and documentation
Real understanding of Microsoft mobile and cloud technology and online services benefits
