Overview
You have the chance to join a global Microsoft Gold Partner, with over 400 employees and offices in Europe and North America, who recently €16 million investment to further accelerate its expansion plans into the European and US markets.
Our client develops software solutions for the Utilities industry that aid in business processes optimisation goals; including, but not limited to environmental objectives, and improving customer relations and the end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient delivery of services to Utilities customers.
- Foster strong professional relationships with assigned customers.
- Execute and manage long-term SAAS maintenance contracts.
- Ensure achievement of SLAs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the ongoing tracking of KPIs (financial, quality, schedule, and risks/issues).
- Collaborate with a team of Service Delivery Consultants, both functional and technical profiles.
- Proactively manage significant changes under your supervision.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements to standard processes and tools for operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Seasoned leader with a successful history in Service Delivery Management.
- Proficient in ERP solutions (eg, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) with a strong business understanding.
- Familiarity with software development and an interest in both functional and technical aspects of solutions.
- Experience with Cloud-based applications/SaaS based on Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of the Utilities sector or a related industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Waterfall (Prince2) and Agile (Scrum, Scaled Agile) and ITIL certification.
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent listening, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
