Our client, a leading global publishing company is currently seeking a Internal Communications Manager based in London (FULLY REMOTE from home or can work in the London office 1 day per week) to be responsible for their 'Communications and Change Workplace area'.
You will manage communications, adoption/training and change management for technology projects within the Digital Workplace Services team.
As the change and communications lead, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating across all workstreams to formulate a change management plan and activities to support
- Developing, implementing, and communicating strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication tactics.
- Researching, writing, editing, and measuring all types of communication materials. Responsible for ensuring internal/external communications are integrated.
- Applying change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by project.
- Conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Integrating change management activities into the programme plan.
Key Skills/Knowledge Required
- 3-5+ years of experience in communications, adoption and change management, with a focus technology change programs.
- Leadership & Delivery: create, drive and deliver on a communication plan. Able to create work breakdown structure, plans, governance, tracking and delivery outcomes.
- Decision Making & Strategic Judgement: understanding materiality, complex and uncertain situations, prioritisation, able to make decisions that demonstrate holistic results.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate to a variety of stakeholder utilising a variety of mediums to be effective.
- Strategic Thinking
- Team player
- High performing Negotiator
- Emotional Intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, social skills
- Ideally experience delivering an Oracle ERP/Finance.
