What you'll do
As a Senior UX Researcher/Designer you'll work in multidisciplinary teams, alongside fellow researchers and developers, to deliver world-class, user-centred public services. Our work is user-focused and forward-looking, making our organisation a meaningful and impactful place to work. you'll work alongside people who value design and are passionate about usability and accessibility. Your role will be to design services that are simple enough for everyone to use. You will plan and lead user research, build user-centred practices, and align user research activities with wider plans to inform service propositions. You may also supervise and develop junior user researchers to assure and improve research practice. You'll understand how to research & design in an agile environment, and you'll help the UK public sector transform the way it delivers services so that they're simpler, faster and easier to use.

• Willingness to be onsite in the Coventry Office 2 days a week minimum.
• Inside IR 35, 475-525

Skills Set

• Strong characters with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience of working in an Agile Delivery environment - previous experience in Agile WoW and Agile ceremonies
• Strong stakeholder relationship management
• Previous experience of working on the design of an App
• App design mentality thinking with previous experience in App design/App interaction
• Proven experience in Content concepts and prototyping
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Collaborative skills and working independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to be onsite in the Coventry Office 2 days a week minimum.
