Computer Operator

We are seeking an experienced Computer Operator to join an International Bank's Data Centre Computer Operator function which provides operational support for a variety of the bank's core systems both in the UK, US & Asia. This team is responsible for operational support, system monitoring and service escalation to internal support teams & documentation management.

Key Tasks:

• Performing daily data centre IT security tasks Ensuring key Data Centre procedures are followed.
• Escalation management off all incidents Liaise with all internal IT teams Documentation management

Key Skills

• Current or previous Computer Operations experience.
• Previous service-oriented background working to SLAs.
• Used to working shift patterns (day and night).
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player.
