Project Manager

British Military & MoD projects. Applicants must be eligible for Security Clearance.

Our client is an award-winning supplier to the British military, providing a range of simulation, training and research services to front line military personnel.

We are looking Project Managers to lead a portfolio of research tasks, training and software development projects.

Working alongside technical experts from across the business, you will also be tasked with engaging our industry partners and responsible for guiding the success of these innovations.

You will work with diverse cross-functional teams responsible for delivering from concept to customer acceptance.

The successful candidate will have;

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with a diverse range of personnel.
• Experience in building and managing multi-disciplinary teams with a broad range of industry partners.
• Experience in managing the full SDLC or Research projects or Experimentation and Trials within a military environment.
• Experience within simulation software products
• Background working within the defence sector or military background.

Because of the nature of the work successful candidates must be able to obtain UK security clearance and have a British Passport

The role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire on a hybrid working basis. You will need to attend project and delivery meetings and execution.

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 + benefits
