We are proud to work exclusively with a leading insurance intermediary based in Surrey. Due to their success we are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to join their expanding team.
The offices are truly stunning, with free parking on site. They offer a variety of insurance to their clients, providing commercial, motor, fleet and personal insurance, also, pension and investments.
If you have proven account handling experience and are a highly organised person and perhaps you are looking to take a step towards becoming an account executive then this could be the perfect role for you!
Prepare, analyse and review all relevant documentation for general meetings, renewal reviews and client visits
Maintain strong relationships and liaise with our underwriters and key stakeholders
Attend meetings, write up notes and action client instructions
Schedule and action general work to conclusion
Carry out a variety of support and administration tasks
Screen, prioritise and annotate incoming information and communications, responding and prioritising as required
Undertake complex diary management and proactively schedule meetings ensuring effective use of time with working priorities
What you'll need to succeed in the role
Highly skilled in Word, Excel, databases and general IT skills
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Confident to speak to new and existing clients
Proactively seek solutions
Be highly organised and make a real difference
Take ownership and accountability
Whats on offer
Salary £28,000 to £35,000 dependent upon experience + pension and good benefits
Hours or work 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Excellent training and a book of business to account handle, which is made up of a mix of HNW, Ultra HNW and Commercial/Corporate clients
