They are seeking to recruit a determined and passionate Sales Manager to cover the North or England and the Scottish Borders.

What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be an integral part of a team of committed and passionate Sales Managers. The role will require you to both gain new business, and to retain and grow existing business in the North East England and Scottish Borders.
All of of the sales team are knowledgeable and passionate about the FMCG and food service industries. Many are qualified Chefs, a formula which has driven excellent results for the business. This is your opportunity to use that skill and knowledge in bringing your passion for food to life in a very different and challenging way.
You will need the ability to win an audience with and then to influence hard-to-reach decision makers in the food industry. Professionalism, determination and a genuine passion for all things food-related will be key to your success. You will meet and beat your targets by engaging new customers and developing solutions to meet their needs.
You will need:
Experience working within a sales focused position, ideally within FMCG or the hospitality sectors

To engage effectively with internal partners, most especially our team of committed Customer Service Agents to deliver service excellence to the customer

Salary of £30k - £35k, company car with competitive bonus structure
