THE ROLE: This is a strategic new business sales role, where you will be tasked with identifying customers who need a range of business solutions. As Sales Executive you will be selling into the Public Sector; currently the majority of the business comes from the Education sector, but they are looking for the Sales Executive to open this up to the NHS and Central Government. You will be selling to Facilities Managers, Business Managers, Financial Directors and Site Managers taking orders anywhere from £150k-£550k.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Sales Executive you must have experience in a new business sales role, this could have been gained in either the field or internally. Product knowledge is not necessary as full training will be provided. The most successful sales people currently at the business, all share the same strengths; a structured approach to sales, a naturally consultative style, bags of drive and strong closing skills. Basic: £25,000 - £30,000
