Internal Sales Representative – B2B

Some of the duties within the role include:
* Maintaining contact with current and new customers, using their CRM system, building and effective rapport
* Communicating with customers either on the phone or via email in a professional, confident and articulate way.
* Generating appointments for the sales consultants to sell the products
* Establishing the needs and requirements of the customers so that the sales executives can meet with them fully prepared
The successful applicant will be:
* Able to communicate effectively
* Able to operate well within a team
* Positive with a great work ethic
Previous B2B sales experience is a must, as is a desire to increase earning potential by meeting targets.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm and salary will be £20k dependant on experience. Benefits include uncapped commission, profit bonus scheme and the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate
