Role: EUC Engineer/EUC Technical SME
Location: Solihull, West Midlands - 2 days a week onsite
Salary: £50,000 per annum plus company benefits
We are looking for a customer facing EUC Engineer/SME to work for a large and highly successful services client, to provide senior level technical support and troubleshooting to internal and external users.
This is a large-scale role, and you will be responsible for supporting over 10,000+ users across different areas of the business.
Skills/Experience required -
The successful applicant will need to go through an SC Clearance process - lease be aware of this when applying for the role. You must be a UK Citizen or have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.

- Strong experience working as an EUC Engineer/EUC environments - both old and new
- Ability to write Group Policy from scratch as well as tweak and update
- Strong Active Directory & Group Policy
- Able to work automatously, and be customer facing
- Able to review requirements and develop solutions
- Experience of working with offshore service providers and working within a remote team
- Strong background working in managed desktop environments
- Excellent Windows experience (ideally 10 or above)
- Excellent experience with SCCM
- Good understanding of application packaging
- Experience working with InTune/Endpoint, Auto Pilot, Windows Defender toolset experience
