D365 Application/Business Support Analyst - London - Perm

Our client in the Travel industry is urgently looking for an experienced D365 Business Analyst to join their team based in London on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone to maintain and support the Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) side of the business with a proven track record supporting 1st and 2nd line support on D365.

You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document existing and new processes while investigate and resolve Incidents and Problems relating to the Dynamics 365 F&O and all related systems integrated to the Financial Systems as required.

D365 Application/Business Support Analyst - Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year+ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations.
• A proven track record supporting 1st and 2nd line support on D365.
• Basic understanding off accounting concepts like AR/AP/GL
• Creation of User Manual incorporating screen shots and diagrams
• Proven ability to pick up new concepts and technologies.
• Good understanding of Testing and the Testing cycle
• Good English Verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic SQL skills.
