Your tasks

  • Creation and monitoring of scheduling
  • Progress determination and schedule status analysis
  • Carrying out deviation analyzes (plan/target/actual) as well as developing measures and recommendations for action
  • Content-related, scheduling and organizational preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Managing reporting (including reporting to the project management and the steering committee)

Required Experience

  • Successfully completed technical studies
  • Approximately 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in industry or plant engineering/energy sector
  • Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills as well as communication skills
  • Confident in using software tools (MS Office, especially Excel, MS Project and Oracle Primavera)
