We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join a multinational manufacturing organisation to support the engineering department on all thing's administration.
Engineering Administrator Responsibilities:
*Create Parts & Bill of Material
*Attach documents to Engineering Parts.
*Create Change Requests/Change Orders.
*Maintain Change Orders based on input from Engineers.
*Transfer completed Bill of Material structures to Operations.
*Maintain Standards Library.
*Import Material Certificates into IFS and attach to manufacturing structure
*Part Transfers from Engineering to inventory
*Make inventory parts with structures buildable
*Provide a Configuration control service in terms of checking document / drawings issue status within documentation packs.
*Assist in the issue of drawings
*Produce and maintain a drawing status log for larger engineering projects.
*Update drawings and Items List as required
*Review of customer drawings and Items List as required
Qualifications/Experience of the Engineering Administrator:
*Significant office administration experience preferably in an engineering environment.
*Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel etc.
*Highly organized with good communications skills
*Strong attention to detail.
*Experience of working in a Manufacturing environment
*Working Knowledge of ERP essential
