Part Time IFA Administrator

Role: Part Time Administrator (Independent Financial Advisors)

Hours: 21 per week over 3 days (must include Friday)

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Location: Nottingham City Centre

You must also be able to cover holidays for up to 20 days per annum

Our client, due to current growth, is seeking to recruit a part time administrator to its admin support team.

The core duties are:

* processing applications

* completing application paperwork

* entering information onto the database

* following business through to completion

* processing letters of authority

* chasing outstanding information

* answering the telephone

* dealing with the post

* document scanning

* general administration

Essential Experience:

* experience of working in an independent financial advisors (1 year)

* knowledge of pensions and investments

* excellent organisational skills

* excellent communications skills (written and oral)

* IT literate
