The role of Contracts Manager will be to manage the contracts team on a day to day operational basis to ensure all procedures are adhered to and carried out efficiently and effectively.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Oversee projects from start through to close, using methods to ensure delivery on time, budget and quality
*Identify and prioritise resource requirements to meet key contract milestones.
*Set and monitor in house production performance via MRP systems, developmental KPI's and agree any corrective actions necessary.
*Provide efficient service and support to internal and external customers
*Develop and maintain document management and document handling systems.
*Allocate work within the team and effectively develop solutions to satisfy contract requirements.
*Liaise with sales engineers and other staff members to provide a clear interface to the customers throughout the contract process.
*Assess the training and performance needs of all staff throughout the contract process.
*Monitor performance against project timelines and document submittal timeline.
*Carry out on going reviews of operational policies, standard and procedures.
*Attend International kick off meetings where required
*Build strong customer relationships
*Manage a portfolio of up to 80 contracts engineers and large budgets.
*Monitor of contract terms and collating mitigating information.
