Credit Control Administrator

Just started you AAT and looking for a career in finance? How about an opportunity in one of Plymouth's most prestigious international companies?
Our client who is one of the best of British manufacturers is looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator, to support there Credit Control Manager. In this position you will be maintaining weekly and monthly aged debt reports, chasing payment with distributors across the globe by phone and email.
You will need to be a good communicator who is organised, and numerical. Ideally this would suit somebody who has recently started their AAT.
The client offers a friendly finance team to work in and the opportunity to develop in the position, working for an experienced Credit Controller. You will be part of a large finance team in a Global Business.
The position includes:
Maintaining weekly & monthly aged debt reports
Maintaining the sales ledger
Preparing interest reports
Contacting distributors via email and phone, regarding outstanding sums and payments due.
Working closely with the sales and manufacturing team regarding invoicing and product manufacture
General administrationYou will need:
Good Excel skills with the ability to process basic formula's and V.Look-Up
To have begun your AAT
Excellent communication skills
Great organisation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.This is an opportunity to be part of a international company, who will develop your career. Prior administration or sales ledger experience would be advantageous.
