We’re looking for hungry, results driven sales professionals from a telephone sales background. You’ll have longevity with the eagerness to develop in a role rather than take a quick win and move on and the patience to play the long game to produce sales results.

What’s more, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed, including the various routes in which a business can be sold, the market, IT systems and basic accountancy. You won’t be pushed to work evenings or weekends and we only work sociable hours with an early finish on Fridays.

Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be tasked with creating opportunities for our business sales services through proactive contact with Director-level personnel.

You will promote the benefits of our organisation and discuss why now is the best time to sell companies or elements of business entities.

Focusing on a consultative sales approach, you will:

- Undertake outbound calling campaigns

- Overcome objections

- Build rapport and gain clients’ trust

- Provide great client experiences

About You

To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need:

- Previous telephone sales experience with a demonstrable history to achieve target and financial goals

- A stable work history

- A driven and motivated approach to sales and targets

- An excellent telephone manner and strong rapport and relationships building skills

- The willingness to drive your career forwards with an award-winning business as part of a team environment where strong performance leads to fantastic rewards

A B2B account management or business development background would be beneficial to your application.

Please note, our offices in Bolton are easily commutable via public transport within a 5 - 10 mile radius. Candidates outside of this range will need their own transport (e.g. Wigan, Chorley, Blackburn).
