High profile legal organisation looking for an experienced and motivated Windows Desktop specialist to join a skilled service delivery and change team within the organisation. The role will be to provide expertise within the control, change and maintenance of the desktop environment including the SCCM within a Windows 10 environment as well as configuration of end-user hardware. To apply you will need to have a proven background and experience of implementing, migrating and supporting SCCM Windows 10 desktops within a commercial (ideally professional services) organisation. You will have experience of Shell scripting, hardware configuration including BIOS settings and ideally a strong knowledge of Microsoft security concepts and best practices. Ideally you will have experience of Ivanti UWM / AppSense or similar (Environment Customisation, environment management, Active Role Server) tools. The role requires advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. You will need to have strong communication skills and the experience to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with individuals at all levels of the business.
