They are looking to completely transform the way workplace misconduct is reported and managed. This is a truly transformative platform as companies wake-up to the need to do things differently.
Bullying and harassment are prevalent; however, only 25% of misconduct is reported due to trust and ineffective existing systems and processes.
The SaaS offering consists of an employee app that allows, corporate case management hub, and data analytics that allows for companies to spot trends such as repeat issues.
The full solution solves the major issue of trust!
The seed funding will be used to fuel expansion into the U.S and Europe as they look to build an exceptional team to support the growing interest from companies with 1,000 employees.
About The Opportunity:
Senior Account Executive
£75,000 - £90,000 Basic Salary plus 100% Commission
You’ll be the first Senior Sales hire for the company following the investment announcement.
We are looking for a sales person who wants more than being a number with no ability to make a major impact.
Whilst the main focus is generating new business revenue, you’ll be a key player in shaping the sales playbook and designing a great sales process.
This will include the creation of sales performance metrics in-line with company goals.
You’ll also be the eyes and ears of the business, feeding back to product development on product feature enhancements, and work closely with the recently hired VP, Customer Success on effective account handoff.
This is a truly early stage opportunity where you can really shape the role and business. This also means you won’t be surrounded by a slick sales machine that churns out leads in the early days – you should be prepared to be self-sufficient.
There is already a steady flow of inbound opportunity and you’ll be expected to manage these deals from initial qualification, through to closing and hand off to client management.
Great success in year one will likely be 4-5 deals – this will be agreed with the candidate directly.
We are looking for a track record of selling success in a similar role, meeting and exceeding targets within a tech start-up, or larger, well-known tech business.
You’ll need experience selling SaaS into HR, Compliance, or Legal buyers within large enterprises.
Given the disruptive nature of the technology, we are looking for a sales person who can take customers on a journey and educate them on the benefits of the technology.
Experience with the Challenger sales methodology would be a big plus!
This is an International role so you should be comfortable traveling across Europe to meet clients.
