Team Supply Chain & Contract Management

The Technical Delivery Professional will ensure that all aspect of the Supply Chain service being delivered are monitored and effectively managed Continuous Improvement. You will ensure that materials are available on time and in full to enable site builds. You will work with the other Professionals within the supply chain team to ensure that we add insight into the planning Cycle and ensure the best results for Mobile Deployment. The Professional will work with the 3rd party service providers to continuously drive improvements into the process and strive for service improvements wherever possible. The Professional will also monitor the reporting received from the 3rd party, producing insights that allow us to inform the demand planning cycle eg forecast accuracy. Together with the Technical Delivery Fulfilment Professional you will be responsible for managing the 3rd party service delivery and contract. In addition, the Technical Delivery Professional will also be required to support other areas within the Network Delivery team, including but not exhaustive, Outbound and Reverse Logistics, systems and inventory and Finance

What I'll be doing - your accountabilities

• Responsible for leading the supply chain continuous improvement initiative.
• Responsible for leading the AICC (assets in course of construction) initiative.
• Accountable for shaping the demand planning service and working on continually improving the relationships and processes with internal and external contributors.
• Own and deliver the monthly demand planning recommendations, replenishment orders and managing governance of the forecast cycle.
• Promote strong working relationships with other teams in mobile deployment.
• Supplier management of vendors - constantly working with 3PL to ensure that their service is delivered to the contractual standards.
• POC for Supply chain looking for information relating to forecasting cycle, equipment supply updates, Call Offs, inventory, Reverse Logistics and Finance
• Manage any vendor queries.
