infeurope is looking for an Administrative Specialist, for eu-LISA in Tallinn. Both Junior and Senior profiles are welcome.
Type of contract: Freelance (Tallinn permanent employment contract also possible)
Job description
- prepare documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings, coordination and management of document flows;
- coordinate the flow of work in liaison with other staff members, units and departments involved, as well as with external parties;
- keep the agenda, organise and coordinate appointments, meetings for the units and departments;
- participate in planning and organisational work;
- assist in all planning, execution and monitoring processes;
- provide input to reports;
- organise and participation in events and workshops;
- provide support yo tasks related to communication.
Requirements for candidates
- higher education attested by a diploma;
- minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, of which minimum 1 year of experience in administration or human resources or finance or communications or event management or security;
- ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
- proven strong level of personal integrity;
- supportive and helpful personality, with co-operative and service oriented attitude;
- good communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
- very good English languages skill, Estonian language knowledge is considered as an asset.
