Title: Design Approver/Authoriser

Duration: 11months + (Possible extension)

Location: Filton - Hybrid

Pay rate: Up to £46 per hour.

A global pioneer firm in the aerospace industry based in Filton is urgently looking for a Design Approver/Authoriser to join its engineering team.

The job holder is responsible for leading design investigations and formulating technical solutions for a range of tasks, including Modifications to the Type Design and design/Works Query Notes.

Tasks & Accountabilities:

• Lead, guide approve, and/or authorize design solutions for a range of tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and continued mentoring to the engineering team.
• Ensuring that design standards and requirements are met.
• Operate as a design authorization signatory.

Technical/skills:

• Industry-recognised design signatory delegation (Design Approval, Design Authorisation.)
• Motivated and self-driven with the ability to work autonomously when required.
