As the new Head of IT Operations and Services, you will:

Ensure the delivery of IT services across the international organisation.

Oversee the development and implementation of IT service management practises, processes and procedures.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk.
Head of IT Operations and Services - Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of operations and service delivery practices that improve the performance, scalability and reliability of the systems.

Implementing innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their operations and service delivery processes.

Establishing robust performance metrics to monitor and measure the success of our infrastructure migration initiatives.
Head of IT Operations and Services - Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.

Passionate about the employee experience.

Experience in IT service delivery and operations, with extensive experience in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.

Substantial experience with Service Now.
