Our Client, a leading construction company to the commercial and residential fit-out sector, is looking to recruit a Site Manager to be based in Southampton.

Managing Site specific construction installation
Solving all technical issues on site
Managing staff resource on site
Managing H&S on site
Ensuring quality targets are met

Reporting and executing instructions from senior team

Site Manager experience required:

Experience of leading projects up to £10m in value
Experience working within construction environment
Experience working on Residential projects is highly desirable
Good planning, design, and commercial awareness
CSCS / First Aid / SMSTS
Excellent management skills
Strong reporting skills
