CCM Salesforce Consultant/Functional Expert

Conexus is partenered with a global market-leading pharmacuitcal company to source CCM Salesforce Functional Consultants to join their team remotely.

As a CCM Salesforce Consultant/Functional Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the resolution of incidents, providing technical analysis for application issues and change requests, eliciting business requirements and translating those to the system capabilities, and ensuring best practice solutions for functional changes by configuration or development.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CCM
  • Experience with Customer Care/Customer Service processes ideally within healthcare sector
  • Act as SME for Salesforce CCM Platforms
  • Ability to provide technical analysis for application issues and change requests
  • Ability to elicit business requirements and translate those to the system capabilities
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent English written and spoken
