Applications Support Manager

This is a Newly Created position - APPLICATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER

City based (3 days in); 2 days at home

£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits - BUT potential MAX £85,000 if you are someone with good London Market Insurance Systems experience

This is a newly created role, reporting into the IT Services and Support Manager and also a dotted line into the HoiT

They have quite a few 'insurance' applications and they want someone to now take ownership of them all.

Its not a technical role at all; much more client management, relationship management, setting up a new team (in the future), building relations in the business, getting best price from vendors, supporting the apps, looking at new releases etc etc

We need someone that is mature, level headed, excellent stakeholder skills, great with people across the business from Board Level to basis user.

MUST have solid Insurance experience, LDN Market ideal

Applications Support Manager (Covering the full Management support of multiple in-house applications, Finance Systems, Underwriting Systems, Claims Systems, Policy Admin Systems, and Delegated Authority Systems)

A newly created position for a Hands-On Application Support Manager.

Please note that we can ONLY consider your application if you have current Management experience in Applications Support Management within a FINANCIAL SERVICES Business Domain.

You will be the main point of contact for ALL Insurance-centric applications in the business. This is a newly created role where you can take charge of things yourself; grow your own team and put your own stamp on things. Extensive Vendor Management and Client Services experience is needed.

We are looking for hands-on candidates who have solid experience in dealing with 3rd party suppliers and vendors; managing relationships and providing a secure and fast 1st line application response service to the business.
