Are you an IT Support Engineer with varied experience of working in an IT Support function? Would you like to work for a rapidly growing international business based in West Yorkshire?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Support Engineer to join my client's team on a 6 month contract.

The day rate is between £245-£295 via an umbrella company. This is a Full time hybrid position - 3 day on-site/2 WFH.

The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging skills and experience with:
. Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
. Microsoft Database Systems
. Networking (LAN/WIFI/Firewalls)
. VMware
. SAN and Backup Technologies
. Threat protection (eg antivirus, email and Internet filtering solutions)
. Windows Server Infrastructure issues, dealing with escalations, patching and updates
. IT Support across End User Devices, Servers, Networks and Storage
. Excellent customer service and communication
. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
. Strong organisation skills

About the role:
. Day to day you will be supporting operating system and network
. Responding to support calls from end users based on-site and across multiple offices up and down the UK
. Troubleshooting and resolving a range of tickets through effective customer service, problem solving, support and guidance
