A large Internet provider are looking to hire two Engineers to be at the forefront of building networks and software to connect and manage millions of consumers and corporate businesses to the Internet. Our client focuses on creating services that are stable, secure, fast, dynamic, and easy to configure. The ultimate goal is to automate everything to deliver features faster. Additionally, there are projects around refreshing global networks with higher throughput and lower energy devices, contributing to environmental sustainability.

As a Network Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and delivering Internet networks. You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions, automate network changes, and enhance in-life processes such as capacity management and be part of a growing highly skilled team working on an enterprise Network that is the backbone of the organisation.

What you will need:

• Experience in IP, Routing, template-driven design.
• Familiarity with network operating systems: IOS-XE, XR, Junos
• Proven experience in Network Designing.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methods using JIRA, Kanban, and others.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in cloud environments
• Knowledge of Orchestration, Automation, and Telemetry streaming.
• Understanding of securing software applications and monitoring evolving security requirements.
• Experience in dealing with vendors ie Cisco, Juniper
• Background in Software Engineering.
