Worldwide Career Development Manager

12 Month contract

Inside of IR35

Day Rate £900 - £950 a day

Remote based role - must be happy/able to visit Bristol and London office when required

Ideal start date - ASAP - flexible for the right person

The role

A large global company (c28,000 employees) is improving its overall worldwide career development platform. They are keen to hear from an experienced Career Development manager who has extensive experience working at a Global level.

• Ideally you would have worked across multiple countries within large complex global organisations with an employee count of 25,000+ and have decent track record in implementing career development changes and solutions.

• You'll be responsible for designing, championing and implement practical, engaging and effective Career Development solutions across all sites.

• You'll become a instrumental team member within the Global Talent, Succession and Career Development Team - You'll be liaising and driving communication between all offices/stakeholders to effectively roll out a newly designed career development portal.

• You'll support the Global Talent Director in delivery and execution of key Talent Management key activities, including supporting on Executive/Board level papers.
