Technical Data Administrator - Oxford - £26 per hour Umbrella
We are recruiting for a Technical Data Administrator on contract to work for a leading Aviation organisation. The role will be based in their Oxfordshire offices 3 days per week and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
- Collect all paperwork, sort and distribute to relevant members of the Technical Services department for review.
- Audit all Sector Record Pages (SRPs), Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft or flight operations.
- To collate, sort, audit and administer all technical records and documents in accordance with the organisation's procedures.
- SRP management and update into relevant documents.
- Create and distribute all corrections to the relevant departments.
- Carry out Quality checks on documentation.
- Update Technical Log Books with applicable chapters and ensure quality.
- Report monthly metrics on SRP errors.
- Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to work autonomously and be highly organised
- Must have previous data entry experience
Skill Set Essential
Administration role - key aspect will be taking Work Packages and entering data into worthiness management system
Candidate will be handling aircraft paperwork
Candidate must be computer literate
Candidates will need to have a technical background experience ideally within the aviation industry
Experience in a similar activity is beneficial
Need a high attention to detail.
Data entry using an aviation tool would be ideal.
Maintenance data entry would be helpful
