Are you a Tech Ops Analyst looking for a contract role? My large retail client in the Wakefield area is looking for somebody to join the team in their processing centre to provide 2nd line support.

Duties

• Deliver and support IT operations based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Recommending avenues for continuous improvement
• Provide 2nd line support for issues relating to laptops, desktops, printers and phones
• Assessment of hardware before being sent off to specialists
• Installation, migration, or updating of IT Services
• Processing queries via a ticketing system

Required Skills

• Excellent IT Ops and Continuous Improvement knowledge
• Experience in a 2nd line IT support role
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
