IT Operations Engineer - up to £60,000 - Hybrid (2 days in, 3 days remote) - Gatwick area
Fast-growing law firm seeks IT Operations Engineer. You will work with the IT team to maintain and develop infrastructure and services including laptops, phones, legal apps, networks and support. This is an exciting time as we undergo major tech projects.
IT Operations Engineer Responsibilities:
- Include resolving incidents and requests,
- Troubleshooting networks/cloud/hardware/software
- Overseeing cloud services like Office 365 and Azure,
- Managing assets and devices
- Supporting on-prem infrastructure and cloud services
Requirements:
Someone with expertise with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, telephony and problem solving. Legal/finance sector experience preferred.
