My well established Client are urgently looking for a Software Developer (Data) to join their existing team on a contract basis. This role is Inside IR35 and offers hybrid working with 1-2 days per week onsite in Lincoln.

The company is initiating an exciting project to rebuild their data services on Azure. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to be a key element in this project and create something from the ground up.

Collaborating with cross functional teams you will work on the most modern technologies to design, develop and implement robust and scalable data solutions. You will be responsible for optimising/tuning data pipelines and developing/maintaining data architectures.

The ideal Candidate will have:

- Experience using Cloud Platforms for data services (eg Azure Data Factory/Azure Databricks/Amazon Redshift/Dataflow)

- Strong programming skills (eg Python/SQL/.NET)

- Experience of data warehousing, modelling and ETL processes

- Strong communication and stakeholder management
