You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.

MHC are hiring a Service Management Architect to join us on a PAYE contract basis and work on a project we are delivering for a Bank.

We are seeking an Service Architect for our Tier 1 bank, with a primary responsibility for designing and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and vendor management. This role will ensure the efficiency and reliability of our IT services, compliance with regulations, and optimal management of third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ITSM Framework & Vendor Management:

    • Design ITSM processes following industry best practices.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
    • Monitor and optimize vendor performance, contracts, and compliance.
  2. Incident, Problem, and Change Management:

    • Lead efforts to resolve critical incidents and problems.
    • Streamline change management processes for minimal service disruption.
  3. Service Level Management:

    • Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs for service quality.
    • Implement reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Service Request Management:

    • Efficiently handle and resolve service requests.
