Change Manager vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Developing overall change management strategy and detailed plan
• Identifying key stakeholders and ensuring their alignment with the change management strategy
• Delivering clear communications to all stakeholders according to change management plan
• Developing, coordinating and delivering the training program for all tool users
• Providing support for User Acceptance Testing and overseeing its execution
• Defining and measuring success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the change management strategy

Your experience/knowledge:

• Expertise in leading large-scale organizational change efforts related to IT tool upgrades
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Change management certification or designation is desired
• Compliance knowhow is beneficial
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

Your soft skills:

• Structured working style with a forward-looking holistic approach
• Self-driven and able to independently lead and manage tasks
