Application Support Engineer (Junior/Trainee)

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Junior/trainee IT support person or someone who is looking for a change in career to get into IT. This will suit someone who is looking to grow and learn on the job and develop their career in this space.

You must have a passion to learn and have great communication and customer skills.

You will be supporting a range of Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules and will be responsible for assisting a customer database with technical and operational queries across a wide range of business processes.

A background in the following would be useful.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
• Customer facing with good customer service skills.
• Relational Database knowledge/SQL
• Software support background or Application support
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
