Senior Product Manager - Sweden - 6 months + extension

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience of has experience in leading successful global implementations in large organizations for a project in Sweden for 6 months.

Senior Product Manager Requirements:

• 7 + years' experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience of leading a team in global SuccessFactors implementations.
• Managing demanding stakeholders and motivate your team to maximize value delivery.
• Ensuring the run service, continuous improvement, and delivery of new functionality.
• Improving the internal way of work and governance within an agile framework.
• Collaborating closely with the teams to enhance the HR operating model.
• Experience with aligning product strategy with company goals and develop a roadmap.
• Tracking industry trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and handle project risks.
• Ability to closely work with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to translate roadmap into user stories.
• Developing hypothesis-led business cases and secure funding for the product.
• Having experience with end to end product strategies.
• Gathering, analysing, and understand customer and business needs.
