Experience required

• substantial experience managing programs and capital projects in an industrial products setting.
• Significant experience overseeing several intricate NPI programs or projects that span several years or phases is required.
• knowledge of change management and organizational transformation.
• Must have a track record of leading and motivating international teams.

Major responsibilities

• In charge of overseeing, managing, and arranging a wide variety of programs and initiatives to guarantee their effective completion.
• To guarantee Abatement, collaborate closely with global program and product management. Programs for integrated system development are appropriately scoped and matched to the needs of the business.
• To make sure that needs and priorities are understood, collaborate closely with innovation centres, divisional engineering managers, global program managers, and global product managers.
• Work together with the engineering head to guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, under budget, and according to specifications.
