Description:
Administration of Windows server systems and infrastructure services with focus on - Windows operating system - infrastructure services (AD, LDAP, DCHP, WINS, ) - System related services (FTP, SCCM, SCOM, ADFS, NTP, PTP, DHCP, DNS, ) - Application software (UCMD, Splunk, IDM connector, virus protection, ) The following services are to be provided by the contractor independently and on its own responsibility provide: 1) Taking and processing and solving incident tickets in the ticket system fault clearance within the framework of ITIL processes at second-level service level in the above-mentioned areas. while adhering to the processing time and avoiding escalations according to the parameters stored in the respective system/tool. 2) Withdrawal and processing of operating orders in the operating order management system. Processing of defined operation orders on second level service level from the above-mentioned focal points while adhering to processing time and avoiding escalations according to the parameters stored in the respective system/tool. 3) Processing of customer orders in the above mentioned areas of responsibility via the order processing system MFlow after assignment by the operation manager of the service provider while adhering to the provision deadlines stored in the system and Avoiding escalations and complaints. RUN Windows Server Administrator with long term experience in the above mentioned Main tasks
