Position: SAP Basis Lead

Location: Czech Republic

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP Basis team for optimal performance of SAP landscapes
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations
• Implement and maintain SAP security measures
• Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration
• Provide technical leadership for issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Conduct system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
• Stay updated on SAP technologies for process enhancement
• Liaise with business stakeholders to understand and address SAP requirements
• Create and maintain documentation for SAP Basis processes
• Conduct training sessions for team members and end-users

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP Basis administration
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, upgrades, and security
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to align technical solutions with business needs
• Training and documentation skills
• SAP to Azure Implementation experience
