We are currently looking for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure engineer to work for our client, an MSP providing infrastructure support to a client base of SME's. This is a hands-on technical role which will require a wide breadth of technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the end clients. The support they offer is all remote and you will be working in a fast paced busy environment. The role will require you to be in the office Monday to Thursday whilst working from home on a Friday.

Tech stack wise you will need to be proficient in the following:

• Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting skills
• Active Directory management and GPO administration
• Server and endpoint monitoring tools
• Modern Desktop/Remote desktop
• Email security administration
• End user client management (Outlook, OWA, mobile devices)
• MDM solutions (Intune)
• Backup and malware issues
• Ideally, some Microsoft Sentinel exposure
