Description

Department/Job Overview:

• Responsible for the application of financial metrics and measurements for employee variable compensation, for compensation analytics and for the accounting, reporting, and control of the variable compensation

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly MIS related to compensation accounting.
• Various Forecast and Planning activities with deliverables to both CS and UBS.
• Provide various reporting and input to UBS for consolidated compensation disclosure purposes.
• Preparation of monthly Integration Costs Report.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience with the financial reporting
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• High numeracy skills
• Good communicator
• Proficient/experience with in various reporting systems

Desired Skills:

• Experience with external disclosure activities
• Experience with management reporting, forecasting and planning activities
