Architect - ServiceNow
We're recruiting a ServiceNow Architect for a long-term contract opportunity with one of the world's largest banks. This role will join the Identity & Access Management programme and lead design & development of ServiceNow solutions for a key project on the programme. The goal is to achieve a simplified and more uniform access management process.
The role is due to start in the new year and will run to late 2024 initially, there is a good chance of further renewal into 2025. The bank supports flexible working and this role can be worked remotely with some potential onsite travel - either to London or Northern offices.
Responsibilities will include: identifying best solutions in line with business requirements, leading on ServiceNow design, delivering quality code and testing, and overall improving application efficacy.
Skills & Experience:
- In depth ServiceNow knowledge and implementation experience - understanding at database and API levels
- Ideally you'll have relevant ServiceNow certifications and ITIL understanding
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fact-paced, dynamic team environment
