Are you an IT Project Manager with experience in delivering LAN infrastructure?

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager for our client. They are a local Police Force based in the North East and have 75 sites within their domain. Our client is one of the largest Police Forces in the country and are currently on a journey to transform Digital Policing, so this is a great opportunity to join and influence the organisation as a whole.

The role

You will lead and manage technical and plan change Project Delivery, as well as work closely with the supplier's project team and third parties to deliver the LAN project across the organisation.

You will work closely with the Head of Estates and 3rd party stakeholders to implement to ensure the successful delivery of a LAN rollout to all 75 individual sites in the region.

You will be required to identify risks to Project delivery and implement solutions to ensure delivery within time and cost.

Who you'll be

• You will have experience with senior level and 3rd party stakeholders
• You will have both or either Prince2 or APM qualifications
• You will have previous experience of delivering a LAN or similar network rollout Project.
• You'll be able to translate complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You'll have experience in Agile ways of working.
• You'll have a track record in delivering measurable business results
• A systematic thinker
• Above all you will have strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communicational skills
