Blackcode, has partnered with a SaaS client who are seeking experienced Tech Lead C# to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK or Portugal and contribute significantly to the technical direction and success of their projects.

Role Overview:

As a Tech Lead C#, you'll be instrumental in steering the technical aspects of projects, leading a team of 3-4 developers, and spearheading the development of new components. Your primary focus will be on technical leadership, mentoring team members, and providing technical guidance while collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager. 1:1's will be the responsibility of the Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers, offering technical guidance and support.
• Drive the development of new components and features, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and scalability.
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in development processes and technologies.
• Oversee technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role (Mentoring, coaching and technical guidance)
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
• Experience in influencing technical decisions and implementing best practices.
• Familiarity with Angular for Front End development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK or Portugal. The salary for this role is expected to range between £75,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
