Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Asset and Configuration Analyst to be responsible for controlling, managing and reporting on IT Assets. This is a great opportunity for someone with hardware experience to branch into software asset management, with training and development. The organisation is at the final stages of implementing a new CMDB tool and experience with market leading solutions would be advantageousYou will have experience working to ITIL processes and have excellent data and analysis skills.

Key skills and experience

• Experience working with CMDB tools - ServiceNow or similar
• Experience working within an IT Asset Management function. Hardware Asset Management is essential, with software being an advantage
