To excel as a Project Manager, you should possess a solid understanding of agile methodologies and be adept at effectively managing and mentoring development teams. A successful Project Manager will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies, the scrum framework, including its artifacts and techniques, is essential. You must also have the ability to coordinate people and projects, with a focus on delivering results through effective facilitation of changes. Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of multiple existing client projects, products and BAU activities.

Identify and qualify growth opportunities within existing clients - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to convert the growth opportunities into new projects

Work closely with the Client Product Owner to identify and prioritise product backlog items

Manage project's delivery and financial targets and milestones (including margin) to ensure that projects are completed as per plan and within budget - suggest adjustments as and when needed
