QA Manager - FinTech - Java, JBehave, Selenium, Cucumber

Oliver Bernard are currently working with a growing FinTech startup, based in London, who are seeking an established QA Manager to join them and be responsible for transforming and developing Quality processes across the business.

As part of a highly technical team, with large amounts of traffic running through their platform, the incoming QA Manager will be responsible for the hands-on Manual and Automation testing (scaling their Automation practices); whilst directly managing other QA Engineers, and building/driving a test strategy that adheres to best practices.

This role presents an ideal opportunity for a QA/Test Manager ready to further their career and drive a company with clear plans further down the line. To be considered, you must have at least 2-4 years' experience as a QA Manager, with the following experience:

• Previous Hands-On experience in Java Automation environments
• Framework experience with the JBehave, Selenium, Cucumber & more
• Additional experience across CI/CD, API Testing, and Manual Testing/Documentation
• Ability to define and implement lean Agile test process to transform the QA department
• Collaborate with testing and development teams to implement robust automation and move the organisation to focus on continuous testing
• Define and implement an automation process that focuses on value and conforms to the automation pyramid

This opportunity is able to offer £80-100K for the right profile, as well as a series of other benefits, and operates on a hybrid working model (three office days per week).
